eSIM 怎么装？
Go to Settings → Mobile / Cellular → Add eSIM (or Add Data Plan). Scan the QR code from your email, or enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code manually. Do it on Wi-Fi before you fly.
哪些手机能用？
任何支持 eSIM、并且没有运营商锁的设备都行：iPhone XR/XS 及更新机型、三星 Galaxy S20 及更新机型、Google Pixel 3 及更新机型，还有很多其他型号。买之前先看一下兼容性页面；万一手机用不了，只要还没安装，全额退款。
付完款没看到二维码。
Your eSIM is issued automatically after payment, and the success page refreshes itself while it waits. If the QR hasn’t appeared after a few minutes, check your email and your dashboard, then reach us via the contact page with your order reference.
落地之后没有信号。
确认 vigxo 这条线路的“数据漫游”是开着的（它走的是当地合作网络，不是你原来的运营商），确认“蜂窝数据”选的是 vigxo，然后开关一次飞行模式。刚落地时搜网可能要几分钟。
一张 eSIM 能在好几个国家用吗？
区域套餐和全球套餐本身就覆盖多个国家和地区，名字里带“欧洲”“亚洲”这样的字样。单国套餐只能在那一个国家用。
怎么看还剩多少流量？
登录后打开控制面板，每张 eSIM 都会显示当前用量，数据会定期同步。
eSIM 能充值或者续期吗？
Plans marked “Top-up” can be reloaded from your dashboard onto the same eSIM, without reinstalling. For other plans, buy again — the new plan comes as a new eSIM with its own QR code.
退款政策是怎样的？
在安装之前可全额退款，期限为购买后 30 天内。eSIM 一旦安装，流量即已发放给您，此后将无法退款。您可以在控制面板中申请退款。充值（加购流量）一经生效，不予退款。
付款安全吗？
安全。所有支付都由 Stripe 处理（PCI-DSS Level 1），vigxo 不会保存你的银行卡信息。
