Privacy Policy

We collect your email address for authentication and order notifications, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers), eSIM provisioning data (ICCID, QR code), and usage statistics (data consumed, data remaining) to display in the app. If you accept all cookies, Google Analytics also collects the pages you view, how you got here, your device and browser, and an approximate location from your IP address, tied to a random identifier stored on your device.

We use your data to fulfill your eSIM purchase, send order confirmations, and display usage in your dashboard. Analytics data shows us which destinations and pages people actually use. Google Signals is on for our property, so Google can link your visits across devices where you are signed in to a Google account, and use the data for advertising and audience building. No money changes hands, but under California law that sharing counts as a "sale" or "share"; choosing "Essential only" opts you out.

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Payment data is stored by Stripe and subject to Stripe's privacy policy. Analytics data is held by Google and processed on its servers, including outside your country.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by using the "Delete account" feature in your account settings or by emailing support.

Essential cookies run the shop: a sign-in session (authjs.session-token), your language (NEXT_LOCALE, one year), your currency (vigxo_ccy, one year), your theme (vigxo_theme) and this choice (vigxo_consent, one year). An affiliate link stores its code on the first visit only (vigxo_ref, 60 days, httpOnly); a later link does not replace it. After you choose Accept all we also store the last destination you opened (vigxo_featured, 90 days), an analytics id shared with Google (vigxo_cid, two years) and Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*, two years). Nothing else is set before you accept. Cookie settings in the footer changes or withdraws that choice and deletes those cookies. If you arrive from an AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or Copilot), its discount code is kept so checkout can apply it: after Accept all in a cookie (vigxo_ai_coupon, 30 days), otherwise only in this tab's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. Withdrawing your choice deletes that cookie.

Under GDPR and applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
