eSIM 要怎麼安裝？
Go to Settings → Mobile / Cellular → Add eSIM (or Add Data Plan). Scan the QR code from your email, or enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code manually. Do it on Wi-Fi before you fly.
哪些機型可以用？
只要支援 eSIM、而且是無鎖版的機型都可以 — iPhone XR/XS 以上、Samsung Galaxy S20 以上、Google Pixel 3 以上，還有很多其他機型。買之前先去相容性頁面查一下；萬一手上這支不能用，全額退你。
付款後沒看到 QR Code。
Your eSIM is issued automatically after payment, and the success page refreshes itself while it waits. If the QR hasn’t appeared after a few minutes, check your email and your dashboard, then reach us via the contact page with your order reference.
落地之後完全沒訊號。
先確認 vigxo 門號的「數據漫遊」是開著的（它走的是當地合作電信網路，不是你原本的電信公司），再確認上網用的行動數據門號選的是 vigxo，然後把飛航模式開一次再關掉。剛落地時，掛上網路本來就可能要等個幾分鐘。
同一張 eSIM 可以跨好幾個國家用嗎？
區域方案和全球方案本來就涵蓋多個國家 — 找名字裡有「歐洲」「亞洲」這類區域字樣的。單國方案就只能在那個國家用。
怎麼看還剩多少流量？
登入後打開控制台 — 每張 eSIM 都會顯示目前用量，會定期同步。
eSIM 可以加值或續用嗎？
Plans marked “Top-up” can be reloaded from your dashboard onto the same eSIM, without reinstalling. For other plans, buy again — the new plan comes as a new eSIM with its own QR code.
你們的退款規則是什麼？
在安裝前可全額退款，期限為購買日起 30 天內。eSIM 一經安裝，數據流量即釋出給您，此後便無法退款。您可從儀表板提出申請。加值（加購流量）一經套用，恕不退款。
付款安全嗎？
安全。付款由 Stripe（PCI-DSS Level 1）處理 — vigxo 從來不會保存你的信用卡資料。
