不会。去老挝的旅行 eSIM 是一份当地的数据套餐，不是国际漫游，你提前付的就是全部费用，原来的运营商不会再按流量给你出一张账单。把 eSIM 设成上网用的线路，再把原卡的数据漫游关掉，回国之后就不会有意外。安装之前随时全额退款，所以提前买没有风险。
