1. Acceptance
By purchasing an eSIM through vigxo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
2. Service
vigxo provides eSIM data plans for international travel. We resell connectivity from upstream network providers; coverage and speeds depend on local carrier conditions.
3. Purchases and Refunds
Full refund before installation, within 30 days of purchase. While an eSIM’s status is still "uninstalled", you can request a full refund with no questions asked. Once an eSIM is installed (its status moves from "uninstalled"), it can no longer be refunded, because the data allowance has been released to you. Top-ups are non-refundable once applied. If an eSIM fails to provision after confirmed payment, contact us and we will re-provision it or issue a full refund. An eSIM is digital content. If you ask for it to be delivered now, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once it is delivered. The refund above is a separate, voluntary policy.
4. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use vigxo for illegal activities, to circumvent carrier restrictions, or to resell data access to third parties, except as an authorised vigxo partner under a separate agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
vigxo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you live in the EU or EEA, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and you may sue or be sued in the courts of that country.
