賽普勒斯 的旅遊 eSIM 就是一張手機自己下載的數位 SIM 卡 — 沒有實體卡片，也不用在機場櫃檯排隊領。你在線上買，點一下我們寄給你的安裝連結（同一封信裡也附了 QR Code），它就會在你原有的 SIM 卡之外多裝一個門號。抵達 賽普勒斯 之前它一直休眠，落地後自動用 有 5G 的地方就用 5G，其他地方是 LTE 連上 Vodafone, Epic。原本的門號照樣打電話、收簡訊；eSIM 只負責跑流量。
地圖、通訊軟體和叫車 App 其實很省 — 一天大概 300–500 MB。再加上拍照上傳、滑社群、偶爾看一段影片，一天差不多 1 GB。一週的行程，5 GB 就很夠用；兩週、要開熱點、或是本來就用得兇，直接挑 10 GB 以上，或選一個隨時可以加值的方案。賽普勒斯 的方案從 $167 起，共有 7 種容量，每一個都標了每 GB 單價，好不好選一眼就知道。
不會。賽普勒斯 的旅遊 eSIM 是當地的上網方案，不是國際漫遊 — 你先付掉看到的那個價格，不會有國內電信商按 MB 算給你的帳單。把 eSIM 設成上網用的門號，再把原本 SIM 卡的數據漫遊關掉，回國後就不會有任何意外。而且安裝前隨時可以全額退款，提早買完全沒有風險。
Meze
Not a dish but a format — fifteen to thirty small plates arriving in sequence over a couple of hours. Ordering meze commits the table to the whole progression.
Tavernas everywhere; ask whether it is meat, fish or mixed.
Halloumi
The protected-origin brine cheese, grilled or fried so it squeaks. Cypriot halloumi is firmer and saltier than versions made elsewhere.
Everywhere, and village dairies sell it fresh.
Souvla
Large chunks of pork or lamb on a long skewer turned slowly over charcoal for hours. Distinct from souvlaki, which is smaller and faster.

Kleftiko
Lamb sealed in a clay oven and cooked for hours until it falls apart. Traditionally cooked in a sealed pit.

Sheftalia
Minced pork and onion wrapped in caul fat and grilled, so it bastes itself. A Cypriot speciality not found in Greece.

Loukoumades
Small fried dough balls soaked in syrup and dusted with cinnamon.

Commandaria
A sweet fortified wine made from sun-dried grapes, produced in the same region for millennia and claimed as one of the oldest named wines still in production.

Koupepia
Vine leaves stuffed with rice and minced meat, cooked with lemon.

Zivania
A clear grape spirit distilled from pomace and local wine, strong and traditionally offered to guests.

Cypriot coffee
Finely ground coffee boiled in a briki and served unfiltered with the grounds settling. Ordered by sweetness — sketos, metrios or glykys.

The practical way to see Cyprus. Driving is on the left, roads are good, and distances are short — Paphos to Ayia Napa is about two and a half hours.
